Student Contract Hard Copy

Registration will open after the informational meeting on Oct. 9th 

Only one contract/registration is required if you are working in a group. A link to this contract is provided on the confirmation page after registering online, but if you missed it, you can download a copy here. Registration is not complete without also completing the online registration.

Please complete the contract linked below, attach the Holiday Faire Registration Confirmation email,  have all students and parents listed on the contract sign it and then turn it in to the Holiday Faire committee at the meeting on October 23rd at 8:00AM in the Multi.
