Student Contract Hard Copy

Registration will open after the informational meeting on Oct. 18th 

If you would prefer a hard copy of the student contract instead of registering online, please download the file.  Only one contract is needed if you are in a group.

Please complete the contract, have all students and parents listed on the contract sign it and then turn it in to the Holiday Faire committee at the meeting on November 9th at 8:15 AM in the Multi.
