Blach Holiday Faire 2024

The Holiday Faire is a great opportunity to create, market, and sell a product of your own design.  Fellow students and members of the community flock to the Blach Holiday Faire to purchase fun and unique handcrafted treasures, gifts and treats created specially by you.

What Could I Sell?  You can sell items you make yourself.  You must make your product yourself; however, using commercial merchandise to create a new product is acceptable.  For example, purchased containers may be decorated with paint or flowers.  See Product Ideas for more ideas and a list of websites to check out.

Who Can Participate?  You can work on your own or in groups of up to 4 people.  For partnerships, all sales and costs are combined to arrive at one shared profit amount at the end of the Faire.

A Few More Details You are responsible for devising a sales plan for your product’s development, pricing, packaging and display.  You will rent a booth in the Blach Multi for $5 plus a $20 deposit, or double booths can be rented by 3-4 partners for $10 plus a $20 deposit.  10% of your profit (business tax) will be donated to Blach at the end of the Faire. The deposit will be returned upon successful completion of the checkout procedure.
